We use our
Global Delivery Service Model in executing clients' project(s).
Our Global Delivery Service Model couples the advantages of
having a highly experienced, continuous and permanent on-site
team that is responsive to the control, priorities, goals,
and requirements of our clients, and the economies and efficiencies
of the offshore model. The on-site team takes its key direction
from the customer and then takes responsibility of driving
the global teams to achieve project success. The on-site team
will manage our services on-site, and ensure that operations
are transparent to the client. |
To ensure that
our teams will be productive from day one and to reduce the
learning curve, given project deadlines, we staff our projects
with resources having prior experience in each domain and
experts in the specific technologies, as required. |
It is our
belief that a tool based approach to automate several stages
of re-development and subsequent migration from the old to
new environment is the most cost effective and productive
solution for our clients. When needed, we use tools developed
in-house to automate steps involved in the project.

| Our approach to
execution can be summarized as follows : |
Study
and analyze the clients requirements.
Prepare
a project plan and a phase-wise detailed schedule, based on
discussions with clients team.
Review
and approval of project plan by client's project manager.
Prepare
a functional requirements document.
Develop
a navigational prototype.
Review
and sign off of functional specification and prototype by clients.
Develop
and release the applications as per the detailed plan.
Perform
integration/ system testing on the final product, based on the
approved system test plan.
Prepare
user, training and installation manuals.
Prepare
migration and any other support documentation.
Provide
acceptance support.
Receive
final approval/ sign off by client.
Provide
beta test support. |
