Datassured Communications, Inc. recently announced the expansion of its professional support service offerings to include technical IT services. In conjunction with this announcement, Datassured has entered into a multi-year contract with SAMSUNG SDS AMERICA, INC. to provide online technical support for Samsung Contact, which is an advanced business messaging and collaboration software solution.
