| We have established
processes and procedures over a period of time, based on our
past experiences to guarantee project timelines. |
Taking advantage
of our global presence we have developed 24/7 development
cycles. Thought most of the work is performed offshore, when
the need arises several teams from several offices pitch in
their effort to meet the deadlines. |
Our work approach
is very modular. We first design the work to be developed
into different modules and make each module, as much independent
as possible and at the same time would be easily integrated
with other modules. Once the design is complete, we would
have a very neatly laid out documentation that can be used
by any developer to build the module. Mostly the development
teams assigned to the project take care of all the development
but at times these modules can be easily shipped to our other
offices and assigned to the programmers there to continue
the work when the assigned development team goes to bed. |
Even the main
development team always has backups to take over their work
in their absence due to any reason. We are adequately staffed
and at the same time have partnerships with several local
IT firms whose professionals are brought in as consultants
on need basis either when we are swamped with work or when
ever we need additional expertise in any area.

Moreover using
our 3 - D development framework clients will always be in
control of the day to day development activities and there
will be no surprises at any stage of the development cycle.
Clients assigned project manager sends clients daily status
reports and also uploads the work performed to our US servers
at regular intervals to enable clients to review the work
performed and also to let clients do additional testing if
clients prefer. |
